We primarily build in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including Plano, Irving, Richardson, McKinney, Coppell, Murphy, and surrounding areas. If you have land outside these areas, we’re happy to discuss feasibility.
Yes. We frequently build on client-owned lots. We can also assist with feasibility reviews, zoning considerations, and site planning before construction begins.
As involved as you’d like to be. We maintain clear communication and regular updates, while managing the construction process on your behalf. Major decisions are always discussed and approved with the homeowner.
Construction timelines vary based on size, complexity, permitting, and weather. On average, a custom home build takes 8–12 months from permitting to completion. We provide a realistic timeline at the start of each project.
